In addition, we store the following personal information: Emails, names and location of our customers that are necessary for localized email notifications, reports, support, product updates and reminders.

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate our apps. Additionally, we use the personal information to: communicate with you, optimize or improve the Service, provide you with information about our products, and handling software bugs or support requests.

We do not share your Personal Information with any third parties. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We retain your Personal Information for one year or until you ask us to delete it. If you ask us to delete the Information, we may have to retain it to comply with other legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, update or delete your Information and obtain a copy of your information we store on our systems and have us update, correct or delete it. You are also entitled to obtain your Information (excluding data obtained from other sources) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another data controller. Privacy and data protection agreements

This agreement details the policies and procedures GrowthHackingApps, a Shopify App provider, follows in relation to gathering, utilizing, and sharing personal information. By using our App, you agree to the collection, usage, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

This agreement pertains to all personal data gathered via our App. Personal data encompasses any information that could be employed to recognize an individual, such as, but not limited to, their name, address, phone number, email address, and financial details.

We gather only the essential personal data required to deliver our App and associated services to you. This information might comprise, but is not restricted to, your name, address, email address, and financial details. Additionally, we may collect data regarding your usage of our App and the transactions you carry out while using our App.

We use your personal data to offer our App and related services, process transactions, and enhance our App. Your personal information may also be used to communicate with you about your usage of our App and to inform you about our products and services. In particular, we use the Shopify Customer API to incorporate new "Customer" data that you gather from your visitors using GrowthHackingApps. We also employ the Shopify Customer API to search for customers by their email addresses in order to record new collected information on your behalf. Furthermore, we use the Shopify Order API to display an analytical view of the sales generated through GrowthHackingApps and provide recommendations to storefronts visitors.

We refrain from selling, renting, or disclosing your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share your personal data with third parties as needed to deliver our App and associated services, process transactions, and adhere to legal obligations.

We make reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, usage, or disclosure. Nevertheless, no security measures are foolproof or impenetrable. We cannot assure the complete security of your personal data, and by providing your personal information, you do so at your own risk.
